What's in Your Dashboard

This is your working area. Here you find your assignments and many helpful features.

1 - User and communication management Area

In this area, you can find all the tools to manage your account (for example change your profile picture) or the management of messages received (they could be invitations to webinars, or news messages from the TLC Team), and a search bar with which you can not only search for information on how to use TLC but also search for specific content and add it to your personal library.

2 - News from the TLC Team 

Periodically, you may see information messages appear about different news about TLC. We'll let you know here about new built-in features, important news, and reminders! Keep an eye on these messages!  :-)

3 - Your personal Performance Bar

With this easy-to-read bar, you can always keep track of your training and performance.

4 - Your Courses Area

This is the most important area for your training, you will find listed all the courses you have to take, or those you have decided to take by yourself.

There is a very simple way to see the list of courses that are taking place, and those already completed.

From the performance bar at the top, just click on the appropriate sections. The list will be updated accordingly.

To focus on the courses you are currently taking or have yet to begin click on the Courses In Progress button.

Understanding Course Thumbnails

A quick guide on the type and scope of the courses

A thumbnail is a compact image that offers a glimpse of the content it represents.

Intended use

The text located in the upper left corner provides information about the purpose of the material included in the course or its characteristics. This could be self-training materials, recorded sessions, or commercial and product webinars.

Language

If the thumbnail features a small flag, it signifies the language of the content.

Curated Content

Additionally, if there is an icon in the middle of the thumbnail, it indicates that the content is curated.
